Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to begin the creation of your custom order. This deposit secures your spot in our production schedule and covers the initial cost of materials and preparation. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, as it represents a commitment to the time and resources invested in your handmade item.

Final Sale Policy
All of our products are custom-made and handcrafted to order, which means each piece is unique and created especially for you. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed and production has started. We kindly ask that you place your order with confidence and care.
